Retainer Ring Systems

The “Retaining Ring” Series machines are a high speed solution that automatically orients, feeds, and installs various metal snap, stamped , wire, braze, and laminar rings with compact benchtop convenience. These machines enhance production with accurate ring placement while improving production times with some machines having speeds up to 2400 per hour depending upon operator efficiency.  The machine have left or right hand configuration availability that can readily accommodate various size and style rings with quick simple tooling change ability. The PLC Controlled machines can be custom designed to easily integrate into new or existing automated production lines for horizontal or vertical applications.
